Mini Pops does not accept returned product under any circumstances. In the event an order has been filled incorrectly or if the product is damaged or defective, Mini Pops, Inc. may issue a store credit or refund. Refunds and/or store credits will be awarded to the account, plus shipping costs, upon proof of the defective product. Replacement products may be sent out in lieu of a store credit or refund in certain instances.
Dissatisfaction with product that is not attributed to damage, defect or mis-fill will not qualify as a refundable event.
In the event of a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Mini Pops ships within the USA only.
Flat rate shipping is offered that is partially subsidized by Mini Pops to incentivise ordering. The option for UPS ground will be available for an expedited or signature-requiring shipping method.
Unless UPS Ground shipping is specifically selected and paid for, Mini Pops reserved the right to ship via any method or carrier it sees fit.
